Workflow Process
Below is an outline of our workflow process. This will
give you an idea of what to expect prior to ordering.
The entire process generally takes 2 weeks:
1)
|
Order by phone or
by submitting the web order form.
Fill out and submit the order form on our site,
or simply pickup the phone and give us a call. We
are easily accessible and responsive through either
means. |
2)
|
You will be sent
the Terms of Service.
Once we hear from you, we'll send you the Terms
of Service. This includes a basic outline of what
is included with your site so we want to make sure
you are aware of it and take a couple of minutes
to glance through it. |
3)
|
Fill out a brief
survey about your company.
We will send a brief, 5-question survey through
which you can give us basic information about you
and your company to give us an idea of how to design
your web site. The questions include things such
as your target audience, color preferences and what
your company does. The information you provide is
entirely up to you; we will work with whatever you
send us. |
5)
|
You will receive
1 custom-built design for you to review.
Using the information from the survey we will professionally
design the look of your web site. After it is completed
it will be emailed to you as a Jpeg image attachment
for you to review. You can make minor changes to
it, run with it as is, or completely scrap it and
have us start over from scratch. Our main priority
is your satisfaction. |
6)
|
Submit the Design
Approval Form.
Once you are happy with the look of your new web
site you can submit the Design Approval Form. This
essentially gives us a green light to begin coding
your web site into HTML and formatting it for online
viewing. |
7)
|
3...2...1..LIFTOFF!
We complete your web site and make it viewable on
the Internet. You can review it for one round of
changes before submitting the Final Approval Form,
after which the project is completed. |
